　　为贯彻党的十八届三中全会精神，落实习近平总书记在湘视察时“湖南要发挥袁隆平等科技领军人才的优势，推进农业科技创新，推进农业标准化生产，增强农业综合生产能力和整体素质”的指示，深入探讨生物育种战略性新兴产业发展、农业转型发展与国家粮食安全的理论和实践问题，由长沙市人民政府、湖南省社会科学院、 国家杂交水稻工程技术中心 等联合 主办的 第二届“隆平国际论坛”即将开启 ，现将论坛及征文活动的有关事项公告如下：
