北京市设计产业统计分类研究

　　摘要

　　目前，我国尚没有统一的设计产业概念及统计分类，有关设计产业的数据只能大体推算。因此，研究和建立设计产业统计分类对于掌握设计产业发展进程和制定相关促进政策具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文在借鉴国内外相关研究成果的基础上，理论与实证相结合，对北京的设计产业进行了系统研究，建立了北京设计产业统计分类标准，为监测评价工作提供了科学依据。

　　Abstract

　　There is no statistical data of design industry due to lack of unified concept and classification in China nowadays yet，the industrial data is in high demand for analyzing the status of development and making some promotion policy. It becomes more meaningful to establish the classification standard of the design industry，this article just meets the needs，and it offers not only the classification standard but also some practical methods to investigate and monitor the design industry after the systematic research.

　　张勇顺，北京市发改委体改处副处长，高级会计师、注册税务师、律师、北京市高评委专家库成员，MBA和管理学双硕士，曾留学新加坡南洋理工大学和美国麻省理工学院，先后在财政局、国资委、统计局和发改委等部门工作，主持过多个重大课题研究，公开发表财会、税务、法律、统计等领域文章20多篇。
